My Mixbox is lighting up but not connecting to the application

This problem could be a multitude of actions which have not been done or you may not have realized. Below are listed some of the ways that could be what you need to get the MixBox recording.

MICROPHONE ENABLE?

This is very easy to accidentally say no to the microphone enablement but it is an important step to allow you access to the MixBox for recording. Following these steps below, you’ll be able to enable to start working again:

1.) Head over to ‘Settings’ on your iOS device.

2.) Scroll all the way down until you see the ‘Evermix DJ App’, click on this.

3.) Then enable microphone.

This will now allow your mixes to be played through the app ready for recording.

DELETING & RE-INSTALLING APP?

This is a common problem, which provides an easy fix by deleting and re-installing the application. Simply delete the app and re-install, log in and you’ll be ready to record
