EvermixBox5 Shipping Information

All shipping timeframes below are estimated from the dispatch date, not the order date.

EvermixBox5 orders include free tracked shipping worldwide.

Orders are shipped from our international warehouse in Hong Kong. Full tracking will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Estimated delivery times (from dispatch)

  • UK & Europe: 7–10 days
  • USA & Canada: 8–12 days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–10 days
  • Asia (Japan, South Korea, Singapore, etc.): 5–8 days
  • Rest of world: 8–16 days (may vary by destination)

Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, local courier delays, or peak shipping periods.

Cables and accessories

  • Individual cable orders ship from the UK every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
  • Orders placed after Thursday at 12pm will be dispatched the following Tuesday
  • Express Tracked delivery refers to 2 working days from dispatch, not from order date
  • If a cable is ordered alongside an EvermixBox5, all items will ship together from Hong Kong
