Every EvermixBox5 order comes with free worldwide shipping, no matter where you're based. We ship from our warehouse in Hong Kong, and all orders include tracking.

Estimated delivery times:

USA: 8–12 business days
UK & Europe: 7–12 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 7–10 business days
Asia (Japan, South Korea, Singapore, etc.): 5–8 business days
Canada: 10–14 business days
Rest of World: 10–16 business days (may vary slightly by destination)

Pre-order items:

The EvermixBox5 is currently available for pre-order. Orders placed during the presale are now expected to start shipping the week of 3rd July 2025.

This updated timeline is due to delays in manufacturing and final product testing — we’re taking extra care to ensure every unit meets our quality standards.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your EvermixBox5 is on its way from our international fulfilment partner.

Cables and accessories:

If your order includes in-stock items like cables, we'll ship those separately ahead of your EvermixBox5 so you can get set up in advance.

UK cable shipping: Orders are shipped from the UK every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. Orders placed after Thursday 12pm will be dispatched the following Tuesday. Tracked 48 = 2 working days from dispatch, not from order date.
