Change of Mind

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund. To be eligible:

1. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all packaging.
2. Please notify us first at hello@evermix.fm to authorise your return.
3. Once authorised, send the product to:

Evermix (at Qube), 22 Ash Avenue, London, SE17 1GQ

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please use a trackable service and retain proof of postage.

Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll refund the purchase price to your original payment method.

Faulty Products

If your product is faulty, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Before returning, please contact us at hello@evermix.fm so we can try to resolve the issue remotely.

If a return is required:

1. Send the product to Evermix (at Qube), 22 Ash Avenue, London, SE17 1GQ.
2. Once the product is confirmed as faulty, we will:

• Refund the purchase price to your original payment method or ship a replacement unit (your choice).
• Refund the cost of your return shipping (basic tracked service).
